Injury History
Just back from the medicial hall in AMK. The doctor said that its a sprain and it takes a few days to heal, maybe a week or two. It was a relieve for me since this injury is my first 'big' injury while playing soccer. Normally, each time I play soccer, I did have injuries but they are light injuries. This morning, the pain was different from the previous injuries that I had. The pain, was unbearable... One would think that it might be a sprain but still, the fear of having a fractured bone continues to paranoid me. I have reasons for that, which I will explain later.
Currently, my ankle is being wrapped with some cloth, containing some weird substance. It's probably some chinese herbs or 'special' cream. I dont know what's that but if its able to heal my ankle, then that's a good thing for sure. Haha... The V.E. camp is around the corner and I cant afford to injure myself again. Derik did mention during the last practise that we will be learning how to dance on that day. I cant wait for that but first thing first, I must wait till my ankle heals. Sorry Ming Zhao! I think I wont be bringing the soccer ball for the camp. However, if you want to play, I dont mind to bring it. Hehe... Sorry to Cai Yun too... I think I cant accompany you for the jogging sessions in school during the camp. My injury come at the wrong time.
Back about injuiry issues, I quoted it as 'big' injury to me as it's my 2nd time seeking the doctor's help. The last time I went to see a doctor for an injury was 3 years ago??!!! Should be!!! That was during my Secondary 3 years. That day, Te Seng was trying to slam me. He id once and I escaped. Second time, I escaped again. The third time... NAH!!! I fall onto the ground with my back. A loud 'THUD!' and there goes my tailbone. The bone was having cracks on it and it took 3 months for me to recover. I couldnt walk too fast and I was having troubles going back home. That was the type of pain I faced right now but that time, it was more worst. I should say I struggled back home. I got a 2 days M.C. and returned back to school on Monday for lessons... I still could remember that the cleaner, who is an old lad at his 50's could walk faster than me... LOL!!!
This time, its my second meeting with the doctor... Nice one... haha... Luckily, it doesnt take 3 months to heal... Phew... I may play soccer like a crazy dude but believe it or not. Passion still makes a person to be determine enough to restand all pain. Like yesterday, scoring with my injury shows that injuries wont kill or destroy a person's spirit towards his or her goals. If you want to do it, you can do it. Though Jack keep saying that I'm playing too anxious, I still dont think so. Maybe he prefers to play a slow game, with creative dribbles. However, if I'm not in a mood for good games, I would just give a harsh tackle to people who want to be fancy. Sorry to say that but I'm hot tempered at times... That's what happens in games... Haha...
I may play with an anxious manner but one thing is for sure; that's my way of playing soccer. Haha... You cant ask a baby to be adult in a year. It takes time!! Thanks for your advice Jack but seriously, I'll try to control my temper in the game and not to be anxious at times... However, if I'm on fire, maybe buy some some bottles of plain water to chill me down... Haha... As what I always mention in my blog... "My Life, My Rules..."
