C.I.P. -> SUCCESS!! Soccer -> STRESS!!
Right now.. The radio is broadcasting Chelsea's match against Totteham and Totteham is leading currently with 2-1. If Chelsea lose the game, Manchester United would be at the top of the Primier league. Alright... Let's not talk about the EPL, now it's time for the C.I.P. that I just had on Saturday. Since I was the person-in-charge for the Alumnis in the event, I was suppose to be in school at 7.45am. However, I was late as I need to do some stuff and I reached school at 7.59am. I alighted at Xin Ni's area's bus stop and ran all theway to school. It's been a long time since I do that during my year as a Secondary 5 kid. Haha... Maybe thats the way I should do in order to remember the past...
Anyway, I realised that I wasnt late and what's worst is that the school opened at 7.45am. Nice try... I shouldnt be running so fast just for that. That was not the end of the bad news. Siva ask me if MOE had called me... I was stunned for a moment, thinking if its because of my past that they are questioning?? In the end, he told me I would be having an interview with them about this event that we are participating. LOL!!! WHY ME??!!! I was panting and showing the hand signal of 'No' but too bad, he had told them to do so on FRIDAY... OH NO.... Sian... Why me.....................
The bus arrived and everyone took the bus to the Red Cross Home for the Disabled, except for Xin Ni, Fairus and I, we took a parent's car to the venue. Alright, we have a nice chat and I realised that I had left myt earphone in VJ's room. WHAT THE!!! When I need it the most and its not there. Haix... Once we reached the place, we started to visit the different locations of the building. Although it seems to be a normal room, it's filled with patients, patients who are serverely disabled. In my mind, I was totally blank and afraid of talking to them. However, I did manage to shake one of their hands. However, that patient pulled Jonathan's hand and started hugging him and Chris. VJ told me the word that the patient keeps murmuring was 'Ah Ma..', which means Grandma... I understand a person who has not seen his granny for so long and how it feels like when you miss you kin. Poor fellow... However, Jonathan and Chris did something good on that day... isnt it... hehe...
Though most patients are severely disabled, it doesnt mean that they are useless beings in this world. One of them is considered as a genius in the Home. His name was Christopher and he's really great in knowing when's your birthday. Seriously, one must have doubt that he has the ability to do that with his condition. However, this shows that even if a person is disabled, his determination allows him or her to do things that exceeds a person's limitations. Another person was a kid who was a pro-X-Box genius. I never met him because I was outside of the room. However, that is really amazing to have patients that have the will to prove that they can live happily with their conditions. This is why they got my respect. As a human being, one shall not give up easily on things that you have in mind. That's the spirit of finding the true meaning of life.
We started to collect our decorations after a briefing and we went to the 3rd storey to do our decorations. Fairus and I were helping the Sec 3s and it was a tough job for us. The Sec 3s were decorating the room while we decorate the outside of the room. Just to hang one green patch on the wall takes us about 30 mins??!! OMG!! That was long. However, we really enjoy decorating the place. It seems like we were thinking out of the box to make sure that we make the right choices. Looks like its a task between a designer and his assistant. Fairus the designer and Wei Teck the assistant??? Sounds like a good idea too. Haha... After the decorations, we had our lunch before packing up. I was starving and I ate two plates of noodles. Its very rare for me to do that unless I'm so hungry and the food is indeed delicious. Haha... The PSG (Parents Support Group) are actually good cooks... No wonder the whole lot of us, (Kian Wee, Eugene, Jimmy, Chris, Ivy, Xin Ni, Jonathan, VJ, Fairus, Fazil and I) took alot of sandwiches from the container and it was like 1/2 of the sandwiches were gone. LOL!!!
Before we left, we also celebrated one of the patient's birthday. She's really excited about that day and she's smiling all the way. It's true that if you smile, your day would be happier. Anyway, everyone started to sing 'Happy Birthday' to her. Haha... It was fun... Chris added with another 'Happy Birthday' tune with a Malay version, which no one understands... Whereas, I was waiting for VJ and Siva to sing the Hindu version. Yet, they didnt sing it... Spoilspot!!! Haha... Soon, we left the place at 2pm and it was a tiring day. Jessinta, one of my colleague from my ex-workplace still keeps calling me 'Frog'. -.-" I really dont know what I did to make her call me that but seriously, I just want to tell her... 'YO!!! LONG TIME NO SEE!!! Smile always...' hehe...
Once we reached school, Eugene, Kian Wee, Jimmy and I went to Jonathan's house since I'm helping Eugene to edit his blogskin. LOL!!! In the end, I didnt expect so many things happen. Jonathan's dog, Junior, was peeing all over the room. No one knows whether he's horny or he's too excited. However, one thing is for sure, he sees me, he follows me. He follows me, he lick me. He licks me, he's gonna start to pee around me at any moment. Even if I was soundly asleep, he would disturb me. In the end, I didnt manage to sleep that well, even for a good 5 minutes rest... Jimmy was unlucky to touch Junior's pee. He was 'sian by 1/2' once he realised that he had touched Junior's pee on the floor accidentally. Haha... Never mind about that. Junior would growled if he's angry and I mimicked the sound while I was standing next to Eugene. You should see his expression as Eugene jumped up, thinking that Junior was next to him, trying to show him its anger. OOPS!!! Its a scam... My bad... Lol...
I went back home and took a rest and woke up at 7 plus before meeting Kian Wee and gang for soccer. Now that's the interesting part. The score was so good that I wasnt needed at all. What I know is that the rest has scored more than me. I only managed to score 1 goal, with a nice cross from Jimmy and I tapped the ball in. It's like playing Winning Eleven 9 when you clicked double 'Circle' and 'Square'. Now that's the way to play Winning Eleven. Haha... After that, things started to turn out nasty. Sion tackled one of CCC's players and a quarrel broke out. a fight nearly started but it was settled when CCC left. However, Jack was the 'brace' warrior and he shouted something that was so offensive that the CCC came back. It was the turning point by that time. Now its like 6 people against 15 people. -.-" Nice try Jack, for saying the quote. Now it was the quote of the weekend in my memory. LOL... Anyway, things settled again but this week's soccer, I dont know what's gonna happen to Jack. Maybe the CCC would gather their China-hood gang to deal with him... Haix... Really 'Chi Bao Mei Shi Zuo...' (Nothing to do once the person has fully eaten...)
Stopping here... Tired... Right now is Monday... 8am to 10pm study is no fun at all. I hate it to the core. Sunday I saw monkey running around Causeway, today I see guys trying to create an image of Demand and Supply curve. What's that?? Demand for gals increased, thus Supply will increase if the price rise up.... Nice one... This is the MicroEconomics style... Cool man...
