I just realised that I didnt update my 3rd of August diary so I just cut that section of my previous post and add it into here. Well, here it goes...


Date: 3rd August 2007

The Voice Ensemble is performing for this Nursing event in Fort Canning Hill and it would be a good exposure for us, since we get to learn how to sing in a relax manner towards the audience, as well as showing others what the Voice Ensemble can do. Well, let's start the journey from NYP first since some isssues were brought up.

When I went into our clubroom, there were only Kah Hong and Cai Yun. The rest were not here yet. Soon, Paul came and he wore the wrong attire. In the end, he went back home to change. However, he was not feeling that good, probably our words were too harsh towards him. I called his phone in the end, apologise to him saying that hope doesnt mind about our tone of talking. Afterwards, the rest gathered together and we went to the Fort Canning Hill for the performance. It's also a good thing to see my Secondary Band mate, Ridwan, to be performing at the same venue too. Cool!!

Well, once we reach Fort Canning Hill, we started our rehersals straight. Once we were done, the gals went to change their attire while the guys went to prepare themsleves. The gals were quite slow but after all, we dont have any choice. Gals need to have make-up while guys doesnt have to do that so we still have to wait patiently. While waiting, something happened unexpectedly.

This guy, who claimed to be a nurse (Come to think of it again, the event is for some nursing committee so EVERYONE is a nurse after all... ZZzz... What am I thinking??!!) came to talk to us. I was startled but we went on with the conversation. He said he was from Philipines and has 5 children. Blah and blah and blah till he told us one part that just make us stunt. He said he was in Clark Quay and met a gal and got the chance to ***k the gal but it turn out that the gal is a Philipino and not a Sinagporean. Alright, he won the battle! The 4 of us (guys) were all looking at that nurse, speechless. Once that guy excused himself, we were asking each other "Did he say the 'F' word??" "Did he say...." You know, there isnt much I can explain here, you know what I mean...

Well, the gals were ready and we were in the waiting room, waiting for our turn for the performance. While waiting, we began to warm ourselves up as well as singing some old songs that we had sang before. It was fun and interesting, testing us how good our memory is. The performance began shortly and we sang quite well. Ben told me that I must be more relax since I was not swaying with him while singing "Lion Sleeps Tonight". Alright, my bad, I have stage frights so often that I would stay rooted to the spot unless I take out my lenses or spectacles and I have no clear view of the audience. Haha...

Once the performance is over, everyone went to Plaza Singapura to have a drink. We ended up gossiping about Paul's past, exposing all his secrets. Well, we have nothing to do at all so the gals recommend us to expose some of our secrets. It was targeted on someone but I suddenly mentioned Paul's name that make him to be the main topic of the night. Poor Paul, my bad for saying out your name but everyone's curious about you so... take that as a perfect way of interacting with us. Haha....

Once we're done, we went back home, with the best memories as well as pictures... Cool!!! Committee outing... That's our 1st and always be remembered.


Date: 5th August 2007

Manchester United had won the Charity Shield against Chelsea. Alright, it was all pure luck since they won in penalties but still, we won!! Haha... I could say that Manchester United is my favourite club that's why I would support them no matter what but on that day itself, they did not field the new signings that they have during the summer. Weird Alex Ferguson... Although I know he wish to win the game but people wants to look how talented are the people that he had signed. Gosh!! Hope there would be more chances of seeing Hargreaves, Anderson and Nani playing in the future games in the English Premier League (EPL).

Hate it or not but I would totally agree that Chelsea has bought the right person, Malouda. The way he score his goal in the game was perfect. I could say that this is the right way a striker should do, to pound on opportunities and go for it, not to waste the shots like what a normal striker would do, or I can refer to myself, who lost the ball so often during games. Haha... Well, this season's EPL would be a nice one. Liverpool has Fernando Torres; Arsenal has Silva; Chelsea has Malouda and Manchester United has Tevez in the future??!! Yeah, Tevez is coming to Manchester United but still, I hope he put his best into his scoring boots. Haha... Thats all for now... Manchester United!!! Good luck for the new EPL season!!! Date: 9th August 2007

The whole story will start from 8th August first. I managed to sleep at 2 plus in the morning but woke up at 5.30am as I went back to Canberra Secondary to help out if possible. Anyway, I also need get up early as I promised Doris that I would give her a morning call so as to allow her to finish the assignment she needs to do. She wasnt feeling that well so I guess, she needs plenty of rest rather than keeping herself busy.

Well, the Band were ready for the performance and they did it smartly. Although there isnt any throwing of the maize, it was still good. Looking at their batch, I realised that I missed the times we had fun with my section in Band. Haha... Ariff, Fazil, Clarence, Kuhzaimah... Time flies that fast. Haha... In the end, I needed to rush back to NYP for lessons. I was late but who cares. It was the last week of lesson and I dont mind at all. Once school's over, I went back home and get ready for that night's activity; staying over at Chris's house.

I was in-charge for dinner that night but right from the start, I was having difficulty cutting the chicken. Luckily there's Eugene there to help me or else I would really take 3 hours to complete the dish. Haha... While Eugene had a difficult time cutting the chicken, I did the simpler stuff, cutting the sasuages into cubes and many more. Eugene was cooking the tomato sauce of our dish, macaroni, while I handled the job to cook the cheese sauce. Chris's Mum was there to assist us at all times. I feel so greatful that she's her or else, the whole kitchen would be a mess.

Once the cooking was done, it was already 9.30pm. Gosh!! It was so LATE!! Well, everyone had dinner together and the macaroni, with the ingredients and the 2 types of sauces added together.. everything tasted very well!!! With the left part of the plate covered with tomato sauce while the right covers the cheese sauce... Thinking about that matter makes me feel hungry now... Haha...

Once dinner was over, we went to watch the movie "Rush Hour 3". A nice movie that I really enjoyed. Laughters could be heard all over the cinema so I guess its gonna be a top movie in the box office for this week. Haha... Once the movie was over, we went back to Chris's house. I wanted to do my homework and I managed to did some but ended up falling asleep. I was very awake but I realised that my eyes were red. I cant do it anymore or else I would be having stressed eyes. I remembered someone told me that your veins of your eyes would explode so I went to sleep in the end.

My eyes were important and I felt better after 2 hours of rest. I went back home with the rest, with Eugene and gang taking the cab while I followed Jack to board the train. Haha... Once I reached home, I just knock out gradually. That night, no one met out to watch the amazing fireworks. Everyone must be too exhausted but I guess they do enjoy themselves. This is what Eugene said before... our 1st gathering after a few months. Yeah... We seemed like falling apart but after that night, I guess our hearts are still as one, our friendship is still burning. The flame will never be out... That's our friendship, for life...


Date: 11th August 2007

Finally, CCC has started to play with us, at least a game??!! This is the most astonishing request from CCC that day when they asked us to join them for a game. Wow!! What an offer. While we are getting ready, I heard one of them said that we are quite good. Haha... Local talents are mend to be good. We need to show the whole world that Singapore might be a small country, its population shows the determination that no other country could give when it comes to sports. Although we do lost at times, we are still proud of what we had put in.

Anyway, I stop the crap for now. The match started and Jimmy scored the 1st goal, with a great header, thanks to Andy's assist. Too bad, Raymond could not join us as he wants to study. Haha... Well, I scored the 2nd goal by pushing the ball to my side and whack it hard with my right foot. It went between the legs of the goalie and it was great. I sudenly ran like a mad guy, who has just won a lottery (I dont bet but the feeling was something like that...) Haha... Jimmy scored the 3rd goal again, his 2nd, after a great passing between he and Anan. However, we conceded by a goal, which I can say it was my mistake for not clearing the ball.

Well, we won the game by 3-1 and it was a good experience. Haha... Although I didnt manage to score any goals later that but I still enjoy myself. Haha... Although my legs are hurting but I still continue to play. Thats my life, my rules!!!
